OUR SAUNAS
Our saunas offer such a deep and effective heat that they can operate at much safer and gentler temperatures than traditional saunas
The saunas are cleaned out with medical grade cleaning products after each use, with the towels replaced to give you a fresh, safe and clean experience every time
We chose single person saunas because they provide a warmer, cleaner and more private experience
They don't use any water, so you'll be able to breathe easier while you're inside
The gentle heat they provide goes 10x deeper than the heat from a traditional sauna, allowing them to warm up your muscles and joints
They've been used in globally in Britain, Japan, America and other countries for decades
Each sauna sits inside its own private cubicle
This means that you can sauna in peace and you won't have to bring any swimming costume or worry about sharing the space with any strangers

Our massage machine lifts you up and cradles you, giving you a sense of weightlessness while it squeezes and rolls out all the tension from your entire body all at once
