The Risks of sauna:

  •  There are risks for pregnant women and infants of overheating so we will withhold service from children under 18 and pregnant women

  • There are risks that people with alcohol in their system can faint after sauna so we will withhold service from anyone we believe is intoxicated or anyone who has fainted

  • There are risks for those who have had heart problems before because sauna increases your heart rate to a similar level as a brisk walk would do. Please speak to your doctor before using a sauna if you've had heart problems in the past

This being said, we believe that sauna is one of the most safe tools we have to improve our health and we believe that the benefits far outweigh the costs
